Well at that time .. it was way too early to mediate .. and I wasn’t near any friend .. so I took a walk in the neighborhood after the twilight went away .. and things got partially solved .. :)

A walk is probably the thing that would work for me most of the time too. You can’t beat a good walk! ¦¬)
